ProjectBandai Namco is a multinational game developing company headquartered in Japan with international branches. In hopes to attract more talents in their 20s - 30s to join the company, they reached out to us to create a series of recruitment videos that captures the innovative, enthusiastic and empowering culture at Bandai Namco. One thing we noticed all our interviewees had in common was their shared childhood love for video games. So to give the videos a twist from the usual, we started with each employee sharing their childhood passion for games, allowing audiences to engage personally with their passion right at the start. The conversation transits to company-based questions where one learns more about each department and Bandai Namco. This approach inspires potential & future employees to embark on this adventurous journey.
