ProjectBig companies that use palm oil in their products have pledged promising commitments to be more environmental and ethical. But with opaque and complex supply chains, transparency is an issue that can hold back delivering on those commitments. Proforest is a global organisation working in more than 30 countries that is helping transparency of the entire supply chain with products like their reporting tool. However, not many companies are aware of their effort in sustainability. Hence, Proforest wants to encourage more sign ups for their reporting tool. Storyfrontier pitched a case study/ testimonial style video that lets Proforest's customers be the voice. This gives credibility in the eyes of the audience. For the storyline structure of the video, we went for a proven Problem > Solution approach, highlighting the pain point first then bringing in the product or service as the solution.
